A little more about us

It all started when Angelo bought Peggy’s diner in downtown Schenectady which is now Aperitivo Bistro.

In 2015, our PRIME Business Dining Division won Food Management Magazine’s Innovator of the Year Award.

Every August, Mazzone Catering provides power food and hydrating beverages that fuel cyclists in the Cycle Adirondacks bike tour around the entire Adirondack State Park.

In 2015, Mazzone Hospitality hosted 460 weddings and 6,311 events, equaling 431,179 total guests.

Our PRIME Business Dining Division, which runs our corporate cafés, has more than doubled it’s size in less than four years.

Every Thanksgiving, our Catering staff works around the clock to make over 1,000 fresh turkey dinners for customer’s to serve at home.

The chandeliers that hang in the Hall of Springs are the original Czechoslovakian chandeliers from the venue’s 1935 Grand Opening.

Mazzone Hospitality supports FarmOn!, a local organization that provides students with hands-on experience by custom growing organic produce for chefs.
