Join us in congratulating Katrina Foster as our newest Sales Planner at Loft 433 in Troy, N.Y.
Katrina grew up in Cobleskill, New York and later went to college and trade school in Troy before quickly jumping into the Hospitality Industry. She worked with stalwart Aimie Wockenfuss in the design department at Mazzone Hospitality before moving to Denver, Colorado. There, she worked in design and events at Occasions Catering and Baldoria on the Water.
Upon returning to New York, she knew she wanted to come back to her “work family” with Mazzone. “I knew I was coming back to one of the best companies in the area that had helped me develop the skills and network and pushed me grow. There are so many people who worked at Mazzone before I left for Denver who still work here. It was like coming back to a little family.”
Like many of us at Mazzone, Katrina loves traveling and trying new foods. She recently traveled to Costa Rica and Mexico City trying all the hidden gems and locally run spots to find the best tortas and tacos al pastor. Katrina loves to host! Whether it’s a big surprise party or just having a few friends over to watch their favorite sitcom. She enjoys fondue, creative “build your own” stations and charcuterie boards.
When not at work you can find Katrina soaking up the sun with any opportunity she gets. Rollerblading in the park or outside with a good book.
