Ken Tscheider brings 35 years of industry experience and leadership to Mazzone Hospitality. Our VP of Catering attended Johnson Wales University in Rhode Island before diving headfirst into the Hospitality Industry. Many of his family members work in Hospitality through New York City and beyond. Ken says he is most influenced by his Uncle Pietro Riba. “He has been an incredible mentor and sounding board throughout my career.” Ken also loves quoting Gordon Ramsey; “Never compromise your standards.”
Ken boasts big events experience having managed, among many other venues, the Tucker Center in Tallahassee, Florida. Beyond FSU sports, it is also the largest concert venue in North Florida. He has legendary stories catering for Parrot-Heads who flock to see Jimmy Buffett. Some of Ken’s favorite meals recently have been at Open Sesame in Los Angeles for an exquisite Lebanese-Mediterranean Meal and also at the Charles Hotel in Boston.
Outside of work, Ken spends time with family including his three boys who he travels the world annually with. “I like having fun at work. We spend a lot of hours working. I like to make it worth it.”
