Andrew Brill brings over twenty years of hospitality experience to Mazzone Hospitality. Originally from Long Island, Andrew first came to the Capital Region to attend Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs. Here he majored in both Business Management and Economics. After graduation, Andrew moved to Chicago, Illinois, where he immersed himself in the Chicagoland restaurant industry, first working for the acclaimed restaurant group ‘Lettuce Entertain You’. He advanced to become an active Corporate Trainer and Divisional Wine Ambassador before transitioning to fine dining and special events at Smith & Wollensky Steakhouse, located on the iconic Chicago riverfront. In 2015, Andrew returned to the Capital Region to start a family and became the Assistant General Manager of Wheatfield’s Restaurant & Bar in Saratoga Springs. Andrew joined Mazzone Hospitality in 2019, and is excited to share his passion for special events and unique culinary experiences with clients as the Sales Manager of Albany Capital Center.
