Lindsey Ruoffsenior hospitality manager

Lindsey has been working for Mazzone Hospitality for over 10 years, and has been in the hospitality industry for 20.  Born and raised in Hillsborough, New Hampshire.  She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from New England College. At the age of 15 she started gaining her experience in the hospitality industry, before moving to New York in 2007 to further her career in events and catering.  While working with Lori Stachink Events, she gained experience and knowledge of event planning, coordinating, decor and design. 

She began her career with Mazzone Hospitality in 2008 as an Event Server. Through her determination and an unprecedented work ethic, Lindsey worked her way to becoming the General Manager of the Hall of Springs in 2012. She brought a calming unity through her culinary and service teams and thrived due to her unique eye for detail.

During her years of venue management, Lindsey learned that she had a passion for people. In 2021, she became Mazzone’s Senior Hospitality Manager. Her duties in this role include, but are not limited to, managing staffing needs and overseeing new hire training.
