Brian joined Mazzone Hospitality in 2011 as the Executive Chef and Manager at Golub Headquarters in Schenectady. In 2024, he was promoted from PRIME Dining District Manager to Director of Culinary for Mazzone Hospitality.
Brian grew up in a food-loving household that went on to influence his career path. Brian studied at the Culinary Institute of America and graduated with a Bachelors in Culinary Arts Management. The first three years of his career were spent honing his trade at Craft in New York, a Tom Colicchio restaurant. Brian was also the Executive Chef of the Brown Derby Restaurant and the Marche at 74 State. Brian has accumulated many awards and accolades, including "Best New Restaurant" and "Best New Chef" from Hudson Valley Magazine, and is a recipient of the Albany Business Review's "40 Under 40."
His free time is spent gardening, going snowmobiling, catching a movie date night, and spending time with family.
