Brian, District Manager of PRIME Dining, joined Mazzone Hospitality in 2011 as the Executive Chef/Manager at Golub Headquarters in Schenectady. Having grown up with a foodie dad who made homemade pasta, and a supportive internship mentor during high school, Brian was inspired to study at the Culinary Institute of America, where he graduated with a Bachelors in Culinary Arts Management. The first three years of his career were spent honing his trade at Craft–New York, a Tom Colicchio restaurant. Additional work experience includes Executive Chef of the Brown Derby Restaurant and Executive Chef for Marche at 74 State. Brian has accumulated many awards and accolades, including "Best New Restaurant" and "Best New Chef" from Hudson Valley Magazine, and is a recipient of the Albany Business Review's "40 Under 40." His free time is spent gardening, spending time with family on snowmobiles, and sneaking out on that rare date night for dinner and a movie.
