Faith learned the spirit of hospitality as a banquet manager at Heather Downs Country Club in Ohio, while she was in high school. From there, she interned at SYSCO foods in the realm of marketing where she first learned about Mazzone Hospitality. In 2021, Faith joined the team at Saratoga National Golf Club, climbing the ranks from hostess to supervisor to manager for the restaurant. Meanwhile, she was simultaneously finishing her Bachelor’s degree at University of Albany in Marketing.
Faith grew up in the small town of Defiance, Ohio. She is grateful to be in Upstate New York where there are "slightly fewer corn fields and cows." She is highly influenced and inspired by her father who has worked in and around the food industry for much of his life. Faith also points to her extensive attention to detail and time management for her success.
Some of her fondest memories with Mazzone include running events at Saratoga National Golf Club such as Harrison Butler’s Superbowl Party, the kicker for the Kansas City Chiefs.
